What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all our items except for the SNOO bassinet.

The premium app subscription is not included in with your SNOO hire. This is an optional add on, that the hirer can subscribe to themselves.

Yes, our hire contract will be emailed to you, to read and sign prior to the commencement of your SNOO hire period.

Yes, we deliver to residential, work or hotel/airbnb addresses. 

Our delivery fees are calculated according to distance from Templestowe. 

Yes, our pickup location is in Templestowe. A date and time can be arranged for collection. 

Yes, we have leg lifters, lower legs and the SNOO mobile that can be hired along with your SNOO. 

Yes, we offer bundle pricing for having your SNOO cleaned with other items such as a pram and car seat. 

A quote can be requested for multiple items. 

Yes, we offer a discounted rate when hiring multiple SNOO’s.

We require minimal notice, a day or two before your hire period is to end, is best.
