What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all our items except for the SNOO bassinet.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and cash.

Where are you located?

We are located in Templestowe, Melbourne, Victoria.

Does my SNOO hire include the premium app subscription?

No. We do not provide access to the SNOO mobile app or any associated software including the Happiest Baby paid subscription services. Our rentals include the SNOO bassinet hardware only.

Do I need to sign a hire agreement?

Yes, our hire contract will be emailed to you, to read and sign prior to the commencement of your SNOO hire period.

Do we deliver our rental SNOO's?

Yes, we deliver to residential, work or hotel/airbnb addresses.

Our delivery fees are calculated according to distance from Templestowe.

Can we pick up our rental SNOO?

Yes, our pickup location is in Templestowe. A date and time can be arranged for collection.

Can we hire accessories with the SNOO?

Yes, we have leg lifters, lower legs and the SNOO mobile that can be hired along with your SNOO.

Do we offer discounts when bundling more than one of our services together?

Yes, we offer bundle pricing for having your SNOO cleaned with other items such as a pram and car seat.

A quote can be requested for multiple items.

Do we offer a discount when hiring more than one SNOO?

Yes, we offer a discounted rate when hiring multiple SNOO’s.

How much notice do you need to extend my SNOO hire?

We kindly ask for at least 3 days notice if you’d like to extend your SNOO hire. This helps us manage our bookings and ensures you won’t miss a day of precious sleep! Extensions are subject to availability, so the earlier you let us know, the better.

Are you affiliated with Happiest Baby or the makers of the SNOO® Smart Sleeper?

No. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Happiest Baby, Inc., the makers of the SNOO® Smart Sleeper. We are an independent rental business and all products are owned, cleaned, and maintained by us.

Is the SNOO® I rent from you covered by Happiest Baby's warranty or customer support?

No. Since we are not connected to Happiest Baby, any items rented through us are not covered under their warranty, support, or replacement services. For any manufacturer-related issues, customers should contact Happiest Baby directly.

Are the SNOO® bassinets you rent original?

Yes, we only rent out authentic SNOO® Smart Sleepers. However, they are independently owned and managed by us, and not distributed by Happiest Baby.

Why do you use the term "SNOO®" if you're not affiliated?

We use the term solely to identify the type of bassinet we offer for rent. “SNOO®” is a registered trademark of Happiest Baby, Inc., and all trademark rights are acknowledged. Our use of the term is purely descriptive.
